Field Service Engineer - Internal QC 机件品质控制 (自动收款系统/机器)

Responsibilities:

• Share information with Sales Department about stock level
• Report any IQC problem and propose solution
• Assist in workflow process
• Develop and execute daily plan. Implement the procedure of the progress
• Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment 
• Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software
• Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs
• Involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical
• Responsible for developing and implementing project schedules to meet customer product roll-out requirements, including Repair and replenishment projects

Requirement: 

• Passion to handle machine, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Must be able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
• At least 1 year working experience
• Service oriented, good communication skills, team player
• On-site support at customer sites may be assigned, such sites might include banks, exchange shops, retail shop, etc.
