Job Description

Participate and engaging in entire new season collection developing cycle, from sketching, technical drawing, colouring, trim design, print & pattern graphic illustration and artwork preparation etc.

• Research and analyse market trends and identify business needs in align with brand image and positioning consistency
• Assist in fabric sourcing, selecting and purchasing for production and color matching for seasonal collection
• Collaborate and maintain positive and effective relationship with product development team
• Taking initiatives on product development cycle, included but no limited to design

Requirements,

• Diploma or above in Fashion Design or any related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant fashion design experiences in ladies' or women's wear gain from HK or China retail industry
• Excellent fashion sense and communication skills
• Creative and passionate in fashion and retail industry
• Self-motivated team player, able to work independently, good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, creative, stable and willing to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinses (including both Mandarin and Cantonese)
