Senior IT Associate / IT Associate
Job Description:
- To handle daily in-house client support (Wintel and MAC)
- Account administration for local systems
- Network support, Monitor and solve on site network issues.
- Daily Data backup/ e-mail/ Internet Monitoring
- Daily check of IT environment to make sure services availabilities.
- IT procurement, help client on all kinds of IT procurement process.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction level and good communication with all users.
- Maintain site inventory list for all IT assets of hardware and software.
- Handle ad-hoc projects if required
- Able to work under pressure within the target timeline
- logical thinking skills
Education/Qualifications:
Minimum IT related College
University Graduate preferred
Experience:
1 year experience in IT technical support role
Multinational company experience preferred
ITIL tools experience preferred
Project management experience preferred
IT related certificate MCSE, CCNA, CLP is advantage
Function competencies:
Experience in
Windows AD, Microsoft Windows platform, MS office
