職責：
客戶服務組
- 提供以客為本的優質客戶服務
- 負責入口、出口及轉口相關文件
- 執行貨運訂單指示，確保貨物如期運送
- 安排貨運裝箱以善用貨機載貨空間
- 處理客戶查詢及跟進貨運後期安排
- 維持及管理貨物裝卸設備
- 聯絡政府部門，外判商及各航空公司
貨運服務組
- 協助客戶處理貨物交收
- 監察貨運裝拆以符合公司服務標準
- 確保系統資料準確無誤
- 負責外判商營運效益及工作安全
- 推廣公司五常法及精益文化
- 聯絡政府部門，外判商及各航空公司
入職條件：
- 香港中學文憑試同等學歷
- 操流利廣東話，略懂英文及普通話更佳
- 須24小時輪班及夜班工作
- 歡迎無工作經驗者申請
