Associate Creative Director

Job Role:

• Understand client's needs and deliver creative and innovative business solutions;
• Sharp creative mind, collaborates with Sales team to pitch/develop new ideas to clients
• Contribute to the development of projects and responsible for researching, planning, executing, and preparing creative briefs in line with project needs & goals
• Elevate the creative concept, design, and execution of various formats of content
• Collaborate with other teams to manage and coordinate campaigns (experience in ATL, BTL, and social)
• Fulfil routine work requirements and ad hoc projects assigned by team head
• Manage both copy and visual team’s efforts to ensure efficiency, prioritize projects and align resources

Job Requirements

• 5+ yrs relevant experience in advertising or integrated agencies
• Degree holder with major in Arts/ Communication, Journalism or related discipline
• Passionate about advertising and social media
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and tight timeline
• Eager to learn and explore while with fun and open mind
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered for relevant position
