工作地點：
旺角/九龍灣/中環/銅鑼灣/將軍澳/沙田/屯門/馬鞍山
重視運動用家滿意度, 維持店鋪安全 和 有效率的庫存管理：
- 旨在透過提供優質的服務和「意想不到的體驗」，以提高運動用家的滿意度、工作效率及店舖盈利
- 通過與團隊一起制定和銷售計劃、工作時間及 KPI，以提高營運效率
- 有機會涉獵經營策略、活動策劃、員工發展及培訓等不同範疇以進一步提高運動用家的滿意度
- 按照適當且安全的程序管理門店及庫存
你需要擁有：
- 對運動的熱誠
- 態度：有活力，積極主動學習，具團隊精神
- 企業家精神：突破思維，能夠為團隊提供建議及協助制定程序，並付諸實行
- 良好溝通技巧：具清晰、自信及有條理的表達能力。
- 流利英語和廣東話者將優先考慮
- 每星期 5 天工作天 輪班 輪休 （兼職申請者 每星期上班時間至少2天）
