酒店前台 / 客戶服務助理 (灣仔區) (長期招聘) (全職/兼職)

工作內容 :

  1. 酒店前台日常運作;
  2. 接聽電話及處理客人查詢;
  3. 接待客人入住及退房登記工作;
  4. 安排配送物資到客房;
  5. 處理其他即時指派的工作。

職務要求:

  1. 懂讀寫中文(繁體及簡體)及 基礎英文;
  2. 操流利粵語,基本國語及英語;
  3. 懂基本電腦操作,包括中英文輸入法、收發電郵、線上會議,文書處理等等;
  4. 具相關酒店工作經驗 或 客戶服務工作經驗優先;
  5. 工作積極主動、善於溝通、有責任心、有熱誠,注重細節;
  6. 歡迎就讀酒店業或客戶服務相關課程畢業生應徵,本公司會提供基本入職訓練;
  7. 可即時上班優先考慮 工作詳情及待遇。

工作時間及地點:

  1. 工作地點:灣仔 創富酒店(近藍屋/合和中心);
  2. 工作時間:需輪更,A更 8am-5pm 或 B更 12nn-9pm(A或B更視乎情況安排,沒有夜更)
  3. 工作日數:全職職位一星期工作六天;兼職職位工作日數於面試再議
  4. 有一小時午飯時間;
  5. 薪酬待遇:全職$14,500,工作表現出色可獲半個月至一個月花紅及勤工獎 ;兼職每小時$75-100,視乎面試表現及工作表現。
  6. 預計開始上班時間:如獲聘請可即時上班
