Job Description

Qualifications:

•          Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical, Building Studies, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, etc. from a HK polytechnic university / HKIVE or a technical institute / technical college
•          Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course in (a) Basic Accident Prevention or (b) Basic Occupational Health or (c) Basic Safety Management or (d) Construction Safety conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council will be an added advantage but not a MUST.
•          Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD
•          With positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset
•          Fresh graduates and graduates of Year 2021/2022 are most welcomed. 

Job Duties:

•          To supervise the routine maintenance & special works for public housing
•          Prepare Works orders by using HKHA system
•         To supervise contractors to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output
•          Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Work Location: Shatin, Kowloon East Area

**Candidate with more than three years of relevant working experience will be considered as Maintenance Officer.
