Responsibilities:
- Perform daily system administration, operation, data backup in accordance with the Group IT policy and procedure.
- Maintain and setup healthy physical environment for PCs, printers, communication system and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting on user application and hardware problems.
- Liaise with vendors on purchasing hardware, software for computer and telephone system.
Job Requirement:
- DSE/Form 5 preferably with IT related Higher Diploma or above
- Preferably with min. 1 year experience in system support
- Knowledge in Windows Server, MS Windows, Office365
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Able to work independently
- Stable & Good interpersonal skill
- Good problem solving skill
- Good analytical skill
