Plant Manager (Community Central Kitchen)

Major Responsibilities:

• Oversees and directs all operations of the kitchen production and staff management in accordance with supervision of the management;
• Supervise chefs and the staff to ensure production targets, portion sizing, product quality and specifications are reached;
• Allocate production resources to balance the capacity usage of production lines;
• Provide statistical analysis in form of reportsfor management improvement;
• Monitor and coordinate material availability to fulfill production schedule;
• Work out necessary plan with other departments to maximize production capacity to meet production target;
• Utilize all resources to reduce waste and minimise cost

Requirements:

• At least 5 years related experience in food industry, experience in central kitchen is a plus;
• Well-organized with good analytical skill and ability to attend to details;
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese;
• Working Location at Yau Tong
