Human Resources Officer (Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment and selection, involve in large scale recruitment of graduates and temporary workforce
• Manage the recruitment process including job description design, resumes screening, interview, offer negotiation and other logistics arrangement
• Build strong relationship with universities and educational institutes through collaboration programs and joining different campus events
• Deliver induction program to new joiners, support and deliver learning & development initiatives and monitor training applications’ administration
• Coordinate and execute various employee engagement, employee relations programs and activities
• Prepare report and data analysis for management review
• Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above in any disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Knowledge of HR Employment Ordinance, related regulations and practices
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good organization, interpersonal and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule
• Self-motivated, proactive, positive mindset, responsible person able to work independently with strong team work spirit
• Immediate available or short notice preferred
• Candidate with more experience would be considered for Senior Human Resources Officer
• Working location:  Pacific Trade Centre, Kowloon Bay
