- 負責個案管理、統籌殘疾人士訓練工作、組織及跟進家長工作，參與及倡導社區教育工作，協助管理服務單位、策劃並推行新服務及督導員工
- 於殘疾人士日間訓練中心暨宿舍工作；需輪班工作
II. (香港仔/編號: SWI-HKS)
- 具精神康復服務工作經驗優先
- 負責個案管理、統籌及推行精神康復者小組，組織及跟進家長工作，參與及倡導社區教育工作，協助管理服務單位、策劃並推行新服務及督導員工
- 於中途宿舍工作；需輪班工作
