Assistant Officer / Senior / Client Service Administrator (Pension Administration)
Responsibilities:
- Provide MPF scheme administration support, including enrolment, contribution, switching and termination and align with all regulatory requirements
- Ensure smooth running of the account assigned and follow up on outstanding issues
- Handle customers' enquiries and provide solutions
- Perform clerical duties including data input, scanning and filing
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- At least 3 years’ experience in Pension industry
- Basic MPF knowledge
- Good problem-solving, customer focused and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less / no experience will also be considered
