職責： 負責新建物業交接，包括檢查驗收單位裝修結構與設備，與承建商合作跟進一般缺漏事項及處理業主一般查詢等資歷： 中六程度; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂MS Word; 具有基本電腦操作知識; 修讀工程科目優先，有興趣在驗樓行業發展，能即時上班優先待遇： 每月$12,000, 有年假12天, 酌情性花紅, 醫療福利 及每月交通津貼$800, 星期一至六: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天至6天, 每天工作 9 小時
