Operation Assistant
Our company started as a startup company in Hong Kong Science Park 3 years ago. Observing the needs of SMEs in obtaining Government support during the COVID-19, we transit to help companies applying for the Government funds. Our clients include listed companies and private companies with over 100 million turnovers. Also, we see the opportunities for SMEs to use technology to transform their businesses, we help companies to apply for HKSTP and Cyberport incubation programs and guide them through their startup projects and the progress.
Job description
As an operation assistant, you will be working at home remotely at your available hours, working closely with the team manager on following up on client cases in application for different government funds.
What you will do
- review client documents
- draft and write client fund applications
- handle government inquiries
- liaise and coordinate with both partners and clients
資歷要求
-form 5 or above
-1 year of administrative experience is preferred
- proficient in English and Chinese typing
- proficient in office applications including Word, Excel
- good communication skill
- self-motivated
- working location: home
- any background who wants to work part-time will be considered e.g. housewife
