輔導員 (REF: A3/COU/PS/HYCEPSC/NET)
Roles & responsibilities:
- Coordinate school-based training program for primary school parents, including administration, financial management and collaboration with other parties; and
- plan and implement talks, groups and casework support for parents etc.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- a recognized degree in Counselling/Psychology or equivalent;
- attained English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in the HKCEE or equivalent;
- possess with post-qualification experience in counselling;
- preferably with experience in autism support service and parenting work;
- good computer literacy; and
- proficiency in English and Chinese.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms with a salary currently at $31,685 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 16). Entry salary depends on years of recognized experience. The salary is subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review. The fringe benefits include paid leave, medical services, dental scheme and training sponsorship.
