Responsibilities:

- Provide reception services

- Handle daily administrative work and data entry

- Maintain good tidiness of the Reception Area, Pantry and Conference Room etc

- Provide clerical support to HR and Administration Department but not limited to attendance calculation, overtime calculation, company events organization, order stationary and pantry’s stock, warehouse maintenance, etc. 

 

Requirements:

- F.5 or above

- Good Telephone Manner, Communication Skills and Presentation Skills

- Proficient in PC application, especially MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

- Accuracy and efficiency in data entry

- Work independant, responsbile

- Good command of Mandarin an advantage

- Immediate available is highly preferred

- Working in Fotan, Shatin
