Assistant / Construction Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction, specifically with large-scale projects as a main contractor. This role requires strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage complex project requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of large-scale civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Develop and implement project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.
• Implement best practices for project management, ensuring continuous improvement in processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with significant exposure to large-scale projects as a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
