Information Technology Officer – AI Solutions (Wan Chai) (Ref : ITO-AI / ITD)

Job description:

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of projects with innovative mindset, including requirement analysis, prototyping, PRD documentation, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum-based project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery; 
• Collaborate across teams to understand user requirements and translate them into effective prompt strategies; 
• Test and validate AI technologies to ensure high-quality outputs and user satisfaction; 
• Maintain documentation for prompt engineering processes, best practices, and guidelines for future reference; 
• Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify AI implementation scenarios, transform user needs into executable product features; 
• Research and implement large model merging techniques, exploring collaborative optimisation solutions for multiple models; 
• Develop and maintain validation, evaluation, and performance monitoring processes for large models to ensure system stability and usability; and 
• Provide technical guidance on AI capabilities and limitations.

Requirements:

• University graduate, fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English; 
• 2 years of office administration experience with basic computer operation knowledge preferable; and 
• Patient, detail-minded with good communication and problem-solving skills.
