Join our client as a Senior Manager in Credit Documentation, where you'll play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our loan and treasury documentation.

工作内容

• Loan Documentation Review: Examine bilateral and syndicated loan agreements to ensure all terms, conditions, and security structures are accurate and compliant with internal policies.
• Pre-Execution Checks: Verify that all required documents and condition precedents are properly completed before loan activation.
• Treasury Product Support: Manage documentation for complex financial instruments including derivatives, interest rate swaps, currency swaps, convertible bonds, floating rate notes, and other structured products.
• Credit Limit Procedures: Draft and validate procedures related to credit limit issuance and monitoring.
• Deficiency Tracking: Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up on any gaps or delays to ensure timely resolution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with relationship managers, credit approvers, legal teams, and external agents to streamline documentation workflows.
• Final Document Validation: Conduct thorough checks on legal, collateral, and security documents prior to execution.
• Regulatory & Audit Liaison: Respond to requests from the HKMA and auditors, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
• Reporting & Process Optimization: Prepare MIS reports and contribute to ongoing process reviews, updates to operational manuals, and strategic initiatives such as AI integration.

• At least 10+ yeasr of experience in credit documentation and credit administration.

• Solid experience in credit documentation within banking or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of loan structures, treasury instruments, and regulatory standards.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external teams.

• A detail-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
