肌肉、骨質、神經反應——呢啲都係會因為唔用而加速流失。如果你一日都無郁過下肢，企唔穩其實好合理；但只要重新訓練，60歲一樣可以企得穩，仲可以跳得起。

根據美國運動醫學會（ACSM）建議，老年人每星期應該進行至少150分鐘中等強度嘅有氧運動，以及兩次肌力訓練，以保持功能性體能（functional fitness）。但香港呢，大多數人連郁都唔敢郁。咁，退化點會唔快？

EQ (Emotional Quotient) 的中文是「情緒智商」，被人普遍理解為情緒管理的能力，於是「有EQ」或「EQ高」就代表「情緒穩定」或「好脾氣」。

這個理解基本上並沒有錯，只是未夠全面。所以，讓我們先定義EQ：「一種了解和管理個人情感去處理壓力、面對挑戰的能力；一種能夠理解別人、與他人有效溝通、建立良好關係、減少衝突的能力。」
