Thoughts after Watching "the Help"
Before watching this movie, I thought it was about how people help each other. The story took place in Jackson, Mississippi. Jackson is the capital of Mississippi and the most populous city in the state. According to Forbes, the city ranked third on the list of the 100 cheapest cities in America in 2009. However, it also ranked 23rd on the 2009 list of cities with the highest crime rates in the United States.
