Project Planning Officer

The Job

• Plan and design the workflow for new projects, major in logistics and fulfillment services
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and clients
• Prepare cost model
• Manage service delivery to one or multiple clients
• Promote the continuous improvement on operation efficiency , service quality and customer satisfaction
• Perform analysis on utilization of resources
• Assist in project management and implementation
• Handle new tasks assigned

 
The Person

• Higher diploma or above in any disciplines
• A minimum of 1 year work experience
• Good command of PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented and sensitive to figures
• Prior exposure to logistics industry will be an advantage
• Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered
