Responsibilities

Conduct daily systems operations, including batch jobs, IT helpdesk and administration tasks
Monitor data center networks and systems
Assist Operation Supervisor, System / Network Engineer to perform problem diagnosis
Co-ordinate with vendor in problem fixing and follow problem escalation procedure
Provide technical support services to internal users and external customers

Requirements

Diploma or above in Telecommunications and Networking, Information Technology related disciplines
1 year experience in computer support or network operation is preferred
Knowledge of operation of Linux, AIX, Solaris and Windows OS
Independent and able to work under pressure
Working hours: Mon - Fri: 10:00pm – 7:30am or 7:00am – 4:00pm (roster change on monthly basis)
Fresh graduate will also be considered
