- Perform daily accounting functions, both AP & AR and bank related matters

- Responsible for invoicing, voucher preparation, data entry, accounts reconciliation

- Responsible for maintain filing system in an accurate manner

- Assist in general office administrative works

- Simple ERP setup

- Perform simple goods delivery handling and logistic tasks

- Form 7 standard or above

- LCCI higher or above

- Well-versed with MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel

- Familiar with Accounting Software (ERP)

- Good command of Mandarin and Fair English

- Responsible, independent and self-motivated personalities

- Team-player

- Immediately available is preferred

- Five Days Work

- Annual Bonus

- Company Trip
