Fenix TLS, an emerging leader in the language technology services industry, is seeking Sales Representatives at both Associate and Managerial Levels.

Our growing sales team requires both inside and outside sales representatives and managers. 

Fenix TLS sales representatives and managers will be responsible for local, regional, and global expansion. 

Sales Representatives and Managers will be responsible for the following activities: 

1. Enter Sales to Tracking System 
2. Enter Customer Contact Information to shared Company Database
3. Collect names for call lists 
4. Contact potential customers at industry events and trade shows
5. Cold-calling prospective customers 
6. Client follow-up calls to survey customer satisfaction 
7. Create new sales opportunities by proactively cold-calling, emailing, and networking.
8. Develop new business initiatives, and collaborate with the Management Team in establishing market trends, appropriate strategies and product development roadmaps, including necessary tools and processes.
9. Follow up with clientele to ascertain the degree to which it met their needs. 

Sales Representatives and Managers are expected to reliably and consistently generate viable sales leads through prospecting and networking with partners and industry contacts. 

The result of cultivating new prospects will be the closing of business, and fulfilment of the company’s growth strategy.

業務主任及業務經理將負責嶺峰環球傳訊於本地、大中華地區及全球的業務擴充計劃。

業務主任及業務經理的職責如下：

1. 運用銷售紀錄系統，輸入行銷活動的資料
2. 輸入客戶聯絡資料，更新公司的共享數據庫
3. 收集聯絡人資料，準備電話行銷名單
4. 於商務活動及展覽會聯絡潛在顧客
5. 透過電話向潛在顧客推銷公司服務
6. 主動聯絡客戶，了解客戶對公司服務的滿意程度
7. 主動透過電話、電郵及商務交流活動去拓展新業務機會
8. 建立業務目標，並與管理層共同擬定公司動向、策略及產品發展大綱，研究所需條件及具體做法
9. 聯絡客戶，跟進客戶需要

業務主任及業務經理須透過不同途徑及商務交流活動，持續開拓客源。
業務拓展的最終目標為成功汲納客戶，以及完成公司的發展策略。
