Inbound Call Center Representative (5 days work)
Our client, a leading global financial company, is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls
- Provide Good Service to Members
- Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
- Coordinate with other departments on customer requests
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year’s of call center/CS experience
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Training will be provided
