Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and top quality of customer service to respond customers’ enquiries
- Support and operate a range of administrative duties for back office staff
- Handle and follow up enquiries professionally by incoming call/ email
- Deal with complaints and problems from customers
- Promote Company luxury products and assist the sales team to achieve the quarter target
- Work closely with sales team to implement company promotion programs
- Maintain store daily operation and keep long-term relationship with clients
- Ad hoc jobs assigned by Manager
資歷要求
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Practical customer service experience in Hotel/ Showroom/ Airport will be highly preferred
- 1 year luxury retail experience in Fashion/ Watch/Jewellery/ Furniture will be added advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong problem-solving skills and detailed oriented skills
- Excellent task management and multi-task skills
- Self-motivation with good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and pick up new brands/ products knowledge
- Proactive, approachable and energetic
