Responsibilities
- To provide check-in and check-out services in an effective and efficient manner
- Responsible for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and staff both within the hotel and for external communications
- Responsible for all aspects of guest services support in a polite manner
- Maintain excellent support with customers by resolving their requests and complaints
- Assist in daily service when necessary
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui or Sheung Wan
Working time: 9 working hours per day with 1-hour meal break, on shift, 6 rest days per month
Salary: 10000 - 12000
資歷要求
Requirements
- DSE graduate or above
- With working experience in Hospitality, guest services or front desk support is preferred
- Good in PC application such as MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediately available is preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
