Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, high quality beverage products and service to guests
- Provide training to the team on preparing different kinds of cocktails and beverage items
- Support service team in the daily operations

Requirements:
- Solid experience gained in the fine lounges or bars in hotels or clubs
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails and different kinds of beverage items
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken English and Cantonese
