Our Client, an IT company, is looking for a mail room operator / shipping clerk to support their daily shipping and mailroom duties.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for shipping management including handle import/export shipping document and delivery arrangement independently
Deal with customs declaration and license application
Provide clerical support in delivery of document, preparing mailing and documents distribution
Responsible for mail pick up, sorting and delivery
Receiving courier parcels and handling urgent items if required
Handle Customer data and payment entry
Monitor and Manage daily inventory operation
Provide support for room set up
Assist in ad hoc as assigned

Requirements:

Post-secondary education or above, higher diploma in Logistic or related discipline is preferred
1 year or above working experience in logistic field is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good command of Chinese and English
Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
Immediate available is a must

Salary: 13500 – 15000

OT payment: $76 per hour

Working time: Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00(1 hour meal break)

Location: Wan Chai

Annual Leave: 15 days
