月薪 Monthly
- Provide full spectrum of Employee Compensation functions, Rehabilitation Service and Caring Calls
- Handle and maintain filling system, EC database and records
- Assist in HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned
資歷要求
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 1 year relevant working experience preferred
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with internal and external parties
- Sympathy, patient, self-motivated and able to perform multi-tasks
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
