Report to CEO & Senior Management
Execute the provisions of the credit policy and the day to day operation
Develop and identify sales initiatives in sub-prime market of money lending
Issue loan-related guidelines to staff and assure the implementation in line with the conditions set by regulated authorities
Ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity to achieve the business goal.
Handle enquiries and complaints from customers in professional manner
Provide training to all level of staff in operation

Diploma /Degree holder in Business Administration or related-subject
Minimum 5-year experience of money lending or finance-related business including at least 3 years’ experience of mortgage loan in managerial level
Preferably with Bank working experience
Solid experience of back office support functions
Sound knowledge on regulatory requirements
Practical experience of team work in achieving the business goal
Strong sense of leadership, problem solving and communication skills
