Assistant Technical Administrator

Responsibilities:

• To provide helpdesk/desktop support to WTT internal user
• To deliver user account & access management on email server & AD server
• To provide technical consulting support to PC support technician and operations personnel in the appropriate use of system resources
• To perform installation, testing, monitoring, and maintaining PC system software and hardware
• To assist Technical Administrator to deliver server-related service request
• Performs maintenance activities in the systems software environment
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years or above on helpdesk support / system support & administration or relevant experience in IT industry
• Hands-on experience on Windows platform, Microsoft solutions and Linux
• Proficiency in Microsoft AD/Exchange environment
• Experience on open-source platform (Linux OS & desktop)
• Knowledge of Server and Desktop Virtualization platform is preferred
• Certificate Holders of MCITP / OCA / CCNA / CLP & Linux would be advantage
• Good communication skill in both English and Cantonese
