Customer Relations Officer
Responsibilities
- To handle escalated complaints in a timely and professional manner;
- To conduct thorough investigation and identify the root cause;
- To resolve complaints satisfactorily and properly in accordance with the company standards;
- To collect and process customer feedback to drive continuous improvement on services or products;
- To suggest measures for possible service or product enhancement;
- To assist in other ad-hoc assignments and projects.
Requirements
- Form 7/ Diploma or above;
- At least 2 years' customer service experience in complaints handling (Telecommunication industry is preferable);
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Patient, detail-minded, mature, independent and responsible ;
- Good written and verbal communications skills for both English and Chinese;
- Familiar with MS Office;
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
