Customer Relations Officer

Responsibilities

• To handle escalated complaints in a timely and professional manner;
• To conduct thorough investigation and identify the root cause;
• To resolve complaints satisfactorily and properly in accordance with the company standards;
• To collect and process customer feedback to drive continuous improvement on services or products;
• To suggest measures for possible service or product enhancement;
• To assist in other ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements

• Form 7/ Diploma or above;
• At least 2 years' customer service experience in complaints handling (Telecommunication industry is preferable);
• Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Patient, detail-minded, mature, independent and responsible ;
• Good written and verbal communications skills for both English and Chinese;
• Familiar with MS Office;
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
