Captain / Banqueting
Reporting to the Banquet Service Manager, the incumbent is required to work on rotation basis in the banqueting area. He/she is expected to provide Members and their guests a pleasant and memorable dining experience with distinctive, high quality and personalised service. He / She is also responsible for monitoring the setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of banqueting areas as well as providing the trainings to the F&B Waiter / Waitress.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an internationally recognized reputed restaurant, hotel or catering industry
- Good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)
- Pleasant personality, well presented, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Completion of relevant studies and wine knowledge would be a definite advantage
- Knowledge of HACCP Systems and ISO 22000 is an advantage
