Duties and Responsibilities:

To attend in coming tender requests, to check scope of works & contracts, to measure quantum of works;
To estimate & prepare Bill of Quantities, and to prepare tender documents for submissions;
To manage pre and post contract Q.S. works, liaise with sub-contractors for quotations certifying
payment and also prepare interim payment & final account to the clients;
To monitor and control the project costs & budgeting;
To assess variations, claims & estimation.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
Applicants with relevant experience are preferred, however newly graduates will also be considered as
a trainee Q.S and experienced Quantity Surveyors are also considered as Q.S or Senior QS;
A good team player, self-motivated and flexible;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Project, SharePoint & etc.;
Hard working & able to work under pressure.;
Good command of both written & spoken in English & Chinese;
