Travel Consultant (Immediately Available is Preferred)

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join our team for the following challenging and rewarding position. 

Responsibilities: 

• Proactively respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent service experience via phone and emails;
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner, including reservations, amendments, cancellations, ticket issuance and other service issues related to travel and lifestyle solutions and company’s offers;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as allocated by Team Leader / Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in tourism, hospitality or related discipline; 
• A qualified accreditation in IATA or certificate holder in Travel and tourism association;
• Prior experience in travel industry with good knowledge in Amadeus will be a strong advantage;
• Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to handle customer requests independently;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in PC operation
• Work location: Mei Foo call center
