Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties including handling telephone calls, faxes, mails and greeting visitors
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers for both local and overseas and maintain the tracking record
  • Manage conference room reservation
  • Provide basic clerical support to the Administration Team as assigned
  • 5.5 working days per week

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with 2 years working experience in customer services
  • Proficiency PC skills of MS office applications
  • Mature, pleasant, good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Immediate available is an advantage
