Responsibilities

Provide full range of consultancy services, customers enquiries handling
Responsible for ticketing, invoicing and refund
Reporting
Online and Offline OTA support

Requirements

HKCEE graduate / DSE or above
Minimum 5 year's relevant experience, preferably in fares, ticketing, reservations and ticketing system, such as AMADEUS, GALILEO & SABRE, WORLDSPAN & ETERM
Less working experience will be considered as Assistant Ticketing Supervisor
Holder of IATA's recognized ticketing certificate
Knowledge of ticketing operation flow
Capable to handle enquiry and work independently
Fluency in both spoken and written English, Chinese & preferable Mandarin
Good relationship with airlines / travel agents is essential
Good communication skill and well-organized
PC knowledge in Windows and MS Office
Shift duty is required
