- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource / ICSA / Law

- Min 2 to 10 yrs experience in either one of below:

Receptionist / Clerk -
- F.5 / F.7, 1-3 yrs Receptionist / Office Administration experience, Good English & Mandarin

or

HR Asst / HR Officer / HR Manager -
- Human Resources & Office Administration Management for HK Office / PRC Manufactory Plant  prefer with experience gained from Garment / Electronic / Manufacturing / Trading / Buying Office / Retail / Customer Service Centre / Logistics Firm Fields with good knowledge of PRC / HK Labour Laws

or

Admin. Assistant / Admin. Officer / Admin. Manager -

- Office Admin / Canteen Mgt / Security Guard / Mailing System / Logistic Arrangement / Inventory / Leasing for PRC Manufacturing Plants / PRC Office / HK Office / Telecom Service Centre / Business Service Centre / Co-Working Space.

or

Training Officer / Training & Development Manager -

- Training & Development for Staff of whole company in Garment / Retail / Trading / Manufacturing Fields

or

O&M Manager / Business Planning Manager -

- Dip / Deg, 5-8 yrs Garment / Trdg / Manufacturing / Operation Improvement / Work Flow Re-engineering exp.

or

Secretary / Exe Secretary -

- Dip / Deg, 2-8 yrs Secretarial exp. in Garment / Trdg / Mfg / Construction / Engg Field

or

Asst Co. Sec. / Company Secretary / Legal Office / Co Sec Manager - 

- Company Secretarial / Legal / IPO Duties / Annual Report, Trdg / Mfg / MNC exposure prefered

or

 Translator

- TI/Dip,3-5 yrs Japanese Translation exp.    

or

Conveyance Clerk/Senior Conveyance Clerk

- TI/Dip,2-4 yrs Conveyance/Legal/Property Document Handling exp.     

or

Property Admin. Officer / Leasing Officer / Building Service Officer / Manager -

- Property Administration / Leasing / Renovation / Building Service for Residential / Commercial / Hotel / Fashion Shops

or

Security Guard -
- F.5, 2-3 yrs Security Guard experience in Factory Building / Commercial Building.

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Japanese Preferred.

- Immediately available is highly preferable

- Good leadership, dynamic, fast paced, self-motivated, effective communicator and dynamic motivator

- HK / PRC Travel / PRC stay / Cambodia stay.

- Salary Range: HK$12-60K / Month
