Job Specifications

(Division 1)

Data analysis and research for live chat development

Prepare various operational report for digital center

Record & report system fault & assist in system UAT & prepare user requirement/checklist, etc

(Division 2)

Inventory & data control of whatsapp application for QA purpose

Assist in new system development & enhancement

Assist in center operation administrative work report, roaster, perform UAT & prepare user requirement/checklist, etc

Mon to Fri only - 5 days work

Requirements:

F.5 / DSE or above

Good follow-through, organized and proactive working attitudes

Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

Knowledge in video and visual editing (Photoshop, Premiere or Final Cut) will be an advantage

Immediate available is preferred
