Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for its assigned projects
- Handle communication with customer for assigned projects and other enquiries
- Process execution and documentation within given guidelines
- Reporting to CSAM team colleagues and / or KAM of relevant issues, such as customer feedback, problems in executing of services
- Proactive approach and responsibility on optimization of services and processes
- Handling of work according to the quality assurance guidelines and the instructions of the supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience in customer service position
- Sense for excellence in customer service
- Extremely well organized and detail-minded
- Personable and excellent communication skills
- Good project management skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word
- Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Able to work under tight timelines
