Interior Designer

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for coordinating the works and communicating with all personnel involved in the development projects, including addition & alteration works, fitting-out works, new projects;
• Assist Project Manager in project planning, scheduling and tendering;
• Carrying out inspections of construction works, including required tests and ensure workmanship and quality control up to required standard; and
• Monitoring site works in progress and construction site safety, ensuring timely delivery and comply with relevant Statutory Requirements and Codes of Practice.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements :

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in design and project coordination;
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office;
• Keen on design, self-motivated, independent and responsible; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
