Assistant Manager, Marketing & Partnership (CNL6/201805/AMMP/CK)

Reporting to the AVP of Marketing & Partnership, you will be responsible for strategic partnership development and management at a corporate level and scope. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in business development, partnership management and marketing, ideally from the telecom industry and with loyalty program background. This person should be creative, analytical and work well in a cross-functional team.
Job Responsibilities:
- To initiate, plan and manage marketing campaigns to manage customer acquisition and drive customer engagement;
- To nurture long term relationships with key strategic partners to foster consistent support via joint promotions or events;
- To analyze needs of members and upcoming trends to drive spending behavior;
- To manage all aspects of the loyalty program, through tier rewards / experiences and execution of all member benefits;
- To liaise with different business units to develop marketing programs for members activation and customer engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Marketing related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, strategy formulation and partnership development roles at top tier companies;
- Experience in project management and coordination across functional groups and external partners with competencies on new solutions and business development cycle;
- Candidates with strong business network and customer loyalty related experience are preferred;
- Possess commercial understanding, margins and costing competencies;
- Team player, result-oriented, attentive to details and self-motivated;
- Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills essential;
- Excellent written and oral communication in both in English and Chinese.
