SHIPPING &SALES COORDINATOR (Japanese Speaking)

Roles &Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate forecast
• Responsible for sales order processing and follow up
• Arrange and coordinate shipment and delivery
• Preparing invoices, packing list and all other relevant documents
• Handle customer enquiriesand customer complaints effectively to ensure a high level of
• customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• Hard working, self motivated, reliableand independent
• Good in English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2 or above)
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
