QA/QC Supervisor / Manager (Garment Apparel)

• Manage a team of QA inspectors to provide QA inspection services across regions. Provide technical advices and solutions on technical issues
• Establish and execute supplier quality and performance strategy and system - Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
• Provide QA advice to factories on pre-production and manufacturing process  - Identify product quality risk and develop solution plans
• Liaise with buyers’ auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with buyers’ specifications,
• Provide technical advice and support to merchandising team to ensure all buyers’ requirement are met,
• Manage, control and keep within budget, monthly QC operation expenses,
• Frequent travel within several Offshore Offices
• Willing station Off-shore Countries (e.g. Bangladesh/ Thailand/ Vietnam or China )
