Senior Estate Officer/ Estate Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist Site-in-charge to supervise and monitor the daily operation of the Estate, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services
• Assist in managing team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
• Prepare various management and incident reports
• Monitor the works and services performed by sub-contractors
• Coach and supervise the performance of in-house staff

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in property management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ experience in property management (preferably with experience in management of luxury/large-scale residential estates)
• Mature, willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong management and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Working Location: Causeway Bay
• Immediate available is highly preferred
