- Higher Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Assist day to day IT operation
- Provide regular training sessions to hospital staff on various software & IT systems
- Trouble shoot and maintain IT hardware and software
- Perform back-up operations as well as data entry
- Maintain Active Directory server, mail server, network switch, firewall etcetera
