IT Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• ​Responsible for daily operation in IT infrastructure include server, desktop, network system, backup system, email, storage device and any IT hardware / software
• Provide technical support to office and retail shops
• Responsible for all operational aspects in managing of system and network, including installation, configuration and monitoring of various different devices such as routers, VPN, switches, firewalls, servers, etc.
• Security incident handling on end user device and anti-virus software operation.
• IT inventory maintenance
• Coordinate with vendor for system maintenance
• Familiar with system such as A/C system, K-gold system, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in I.T. related disciplines
• 6 years or above relevant experiences with 3 years in retail industry
• Good team player with highly self-motivated, multi-task oriented
• Knowledge in .NET, HTML, PHP and MySQL will be distinct advantage.
• Experience in network support
• Immediately available is preferred
